Sarah is the CEO of Levity Products and the inventor of the LECS device. For 10 years prior to inventing the LECS, Sarah established a sole proprietorship with World Ventures, a global membership-only travel and adventure business. Sarah achieved the level of marketing director for the company. She was later selected to develop and train selected World Ventures sales representatives in creating a profitable home-based business in the travel industry.
Her passion has been to help others learn how to effectively and professionally run a business from home. Her proven skills in sales and motivational speaking have provided her with the ability to envision and develop concepts into profitable marketing strategies.
Ted is a Xerox Corporation executive with over 30 years of experience as a founder, financier and CEO of venture capital-backed companies including Human Engineered Software (Microsoft financed); Office Club/Office Depot, the largest global office products retailer (NYSE: ODP); MedChoice, a medical products retail distribution company; U.S. Electricar/Enova Systems, an electric vehicles & drive systems corporation (NYSE: ENA & AIM: ENV/ ENVS); Med*Rite, a fully approved medical device with clinical trials and distributed in 18 countries and Alternative Technologies, International. Ted is experienced in all aspects of corporate development from startup to exit.

Erica brings 15 years of experience in production and project management to Levity Products. This, combined with her experience leading teams and developing people, makes her a valuable resource for our company.

With a successful background in medical device (Class II) inventions and patents, Frank has brought medical technology to market through the development and regulatory process, global I.P., clinical trials, commercialization and globalization in 18 countries.
As the inventor of the Hemor-Rite cryotherapy medical device, Frank reached sales of $18 million before exiting the company in 2013. Since that exit, Frank has lent his skills as the co-inventor and product launch expert to another medical device company, XytoTest, which has completed all regulatory and clinical trials and has officially launched their cervical cancer test product.

Liliana is OncoTech’s senior partner for clinical trial project management. She is the inventor of a patented medical device and is an expert in product development, global logistics, preclinical validation, human clinical trials and product launches.
As the CEO of Mel-Mont Medical and co-inventor of XytoTest, a medical device Class II product to test for cervical cancer, Liliana has utilized her worldwide experience in development, manufacturing, regulatory compliance, preclinical validation, global logistics and product launch to bring this product to market. XytoTest has completed all regulatory and clinical trials and has officially launched its cervical cancer test product.
In 2013, Liliana cofounded New Castle Medical Distributors, LLC that offers quality management and global logistics consulting. Prior to that, Liliana held senior positions at BioD Systems working on the biological technology for the final disposition of regulated liquid waste and was the director of quality management systems for a 900-store pharmacy chain in Colombia.

Carl provides his expertise and practical know-how to his various clients who require 3D computer-aided design (CAD) for their machines and devices, while further applying his knowledge of intellectual properties and the patenting process. In 2015, he founded Inventor Pathways, LLC, a small business entity. Carl has worked as a design engineer, project manager, and engineering manager spanning over 30 years in various industries including automotive motorsports, laser-guided 3D concrete leveling construction machines, and heavy equipment design within the mining and rock-crushing industries.
Through his successful involvement, he has earned recognition as co-inventor listed among over 25 U.S. and foreign patents and has gained over 20 years of experience working within the patenting process and matters related to intellectual properties and product market strategy.
Education: A.S. in Applied Science – Electro-Mechanical Engineering With Honors, Michigan Technological University – Houghton.
